At Lamia we like to work independently, with our own teams, other Lamia teams ans customers. Early birds start at dawn while others like to work in the late hours of the evening. What matters most, is that things get gone in schedule, with good quality and in cooperation.

Hobbying together

Joined activities don't stop at work. A little sweat gives a good boost to working - when the clock hits two in the afternoon you can spot Lamiateers climbing the stairs and planking. After work the aspiring musician types head over to Lamia's own music room and the D&D enthusiasts gather for a game night. New activities are always welcome!

Partying together

In life balance matters. As a contrast to working hard we spend time together partying and hanging around. Sauna nights, office karaoke, movie nights and other more official festivities such as Christmas and summer parties give a nice boost to everyone's spirits in the midst of normal work.
